Mike Triebert, Founder, Chief Network Management Officer

Mike brings more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He began his career at AT&T where he held various positions in Technical Marketing and Product Management. Additionally, Mike also managed Crawford and Company’s vast voice and data network and it was while he was at Crawford and Company that he became interested in developing the Logix Network Monitoring platform.

Sherry Triebert, President

Sherry brings more than 20 years of experience in the data communications industry. She began her career with AT&T, where she previously designed PBXs, managed several of the largest data customers in Georgia’s Major Markets Branch, designed multi-location data networks, managed a base of $3 Million in AT&T data revenue and was instrumental in developing AT&T’s International ATM offer. Prior to joining Logix in 2004, Sherry served as vice president of sales for six years with ADCom (Atlanta Datacom, Inc.), a corporate enterprise network solutions provider.

Ralph (JJ) Crump, Managing Partner

Ralph brings extensive experience in the communications industry as a customer-oriented, results-driven business development leader with 15+ years’ experience in creating and building successful business practices from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. As a published author and speaker on areas such as networking and security, he has worked closely with many organizations to solve complex and unique business challenges. Prior to joining Logix, Ralph was the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer for a National Professional Services firm focused on Advanced Technologies.

Jeff Kaplan is the Founder and Managing Director of THINKstrategies (www.thinkstrategies.com), a strategic consulting firm that helps IT enterprise decision-makers with their sourcing strategies; solution providers with their marketing strategies; and venture firms with their investment strategies.

Kaplan is also the founder of the Managed Service Showplace® (www.msp-showplace.com)and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Showplace® (www.saas-showplace.com) free, online directories. THINKstrategies' online directories provide an easy-to-use listing of SaaS solutions by application and MSPs by service category, and extensive information and insight about industry best practices to help organizations fully leverage the growing array of SaaS solutions and managed services.

Prior to forming THINKstrategies, Jeff served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at InterOPS Management Solutions, an Internet Operations Management Services Provider. Before joining InterOPS, Jeff was Director of Strategic Marketing at International Network Services (INS) and subsequently Lucent Technologies, which acquired INS. Jeff also spent thirteen (13) years as a leading industry analyst at IDC, Dataquest and META Group.

Jeff is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and contributing columnist for Mass High Tech Journal, Financial Times of London, NetworkWorld, Business Communications Review, ComputerWorld, InfoWorld, InformationWeek, Managing Automation, the Web Hosting Industry Review and Services News on topics ranging from utility computing, managed services, outsourcing strategies, IT operations and service level management (SLM).

Jeff serves as the Site Guide for ITworld’s Utility Computing web portal and is the Outsourcing Expert for TechTarget’s SearchCIO and SearchSMB web portals, as well as the Offshore Outsourcing Best Practices (OOBP) Association.

Jeff is also a Senior Consultant with Cutter Consortium, a MSPAlliance research partner and member of the IT Services Marketing Association (ITSMA).

Tom Siracusa, Director VPN Strategy AT&T Laboratories

Tom is a Director at AT&T Laboratories with over 18 years of experience in data network design and performance analysis at AT&T. Tom currently works on AT&T’s VPN Strategy with an emphasis on IP, MPLS and Class of Service/Quality of Service issues when support Voice, Video and Data. Tom spends a large amount of time with customers, presenting on AT&T’s networking goals and strategy, and in helping customers design their data and IP networks.

Prior to his current role, Tom spent 6 years managing a nationwide team of Data Network Analysts (DNAs) that provided design and consulting services for AT&T’s largest customers. He also served as a Data Network Consultant in the Southeastern US and as a lead architect and software developer of AT&T’s proprietary customer data network design tool.

Tom has a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Statistics, both from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Marvy Walker, Director of Inside Sales WW Grainger, Inc.

Marvy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with over 25 years in the telecommunications industry. During her career with AT&T Marvy held leadership positions in marketing, sales, service management and customer care. As VP of Customer Care with AT&T, Marvy’s scope of responsibility spanned 15 nationwide Customer Care centers with 2,000 associates. Currently, Marvy serves as Director of Inside Sales at WW Grainger, Inc. Marvy holds Bachelor degrees from North Carolina State University in English Journalism and Speech. Marvy also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Atlanta Workforce Development Agency, Director on Board for Ault, Inc, listed on NASDAQ, Fundraising Chair for Duluth Basketball Tipoff Club.
