This view can be saved as the default homepage in your environment.

Availability reports

Site Availability Details
LogixNMS stores availability metrics for all your sites at up to one minute intervals. This data fidelity is critical, but unwieldy without the proper reporting. The Site Availability Detail report allows you to cut the data in a number of dimensions, including site, date, and hierarchy. Like all Logix reports, this report can be stored and executed periodically, giving your team a recurring, up-to-the-minute view into the overall performance of your environment.
Monthly Reports
Operational environments require reliable data reporting to facilitate their decision making. Monthly reports are used by our customers to understand where to allocate their resources.Which devices and sites were performing poorly? Have our carriers met their SLA requirements? Do we have enough (or too many) resources on the ground to handle our operational load? All of these questions can be answered by the appropriate monthly report, all of which are stored on our server, and can be executed periodically and delivered to the right team members.
Tunnel Availability
LogixNMS utilizes secure tunnels to collect data from our customers' sites. The health of these tunnels is critical to data collection and providing visibility into our customers' environments. The tunnel availability report ensures that all connections between the Logix hosted monitoring environment and our customers are working appropriately and that the data continues to be available for their monitoring and ticketing needs.
Carrier SLA Reports
Carriers engage in contractual agreements about the quality of service they provide. Our customers use the carrier SLA reports to ensure that these Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being properly enforced. The report breaks down an enterprises' downtime by carriers as well as providing users the ability to create appropriate credit requests for observed downtime. Logix acts as an impartial arbitror that helps carriers and their customers work together to resolve any service disputes.

Performance Reporting

Real Time Utilization
